January 2010 EPN Earnings
February 9, 2010
It finally caught up to me, EPC that is. This was by far my worst month ever on the new system. I don’t understand the algo for GMB, revenues generated and the amount they pay you. I’ve been stuck in a rut to start February too. Long gone are the days of .51 per click, my record high.
January stats:
Clicks: 4836
CRU: 7
ACRU: 6
Bid/BIN: 391
Winning Bids: 159
Winning Bid Revenues: $539.50
GMB: 6,225.51
EPC: .08 BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Earnings: $371.40
Old System (Guesstimating a $28 per ACRU)
ACRU: $168
Winning Bids Revenues: $296.73
Old System Earnings: $464.73
Again, I just don’t get this at all. Almost a $100 discrepancy in the favor of eBay. I’m ready for this new system to go away. With the recent posts saying to get an accurate reading that campaigns must deliver at least 50 clicks, seems as though I may be screwed going forward. I don’t want to lump them all together as I originally thought because then I’ll never fully know what campaigns are performing without digging through the text file downloads to figure it out. I like the dashboard for that.
Now, if EPN would get off their butts and maybe offer a feature in the dashboard to break it down by custom tags in the campaign, then I for sure would have only one campaign id for everything.
February is off to a rough start but I’m still pluggin along. A lot of my SEO efforts are paying off at this point. Right now I’m number 11, and 13 respectively in Google for the 2 competing phrases I’ve gone after. The good news is that it works and now I just have to figure out how to get this rolling in a more automated fashion. I continue to eye various software packages currently available and plan to implement here soon.
On another note, I’m working 2 other outside paying 1099 projects that are taking a lot of my time right now. I don’t see me doing much in the way of EPN at this point.
Stay tuned…….
