EPN make good for API issues

Well in case you haven’t heard, EPN has announced that they will be offering a make good for the issues on November 21 surrounding the API and RSS feed issues.

Wanted to give you a quick update on the makegood for Saturday, Nov 21st.
As many of you know, on Nov 21st eBay had some problems with the search functionality on the eBay.com site. This affected some search results to queries on the site, as well as affected a number of affiliates that use the RSS feeds and the API through eBay Partner Network. The issues began around 5am PST on Nov 21st and were resolved around 10pm PST that same day.
We wanted to wait until after the Thanksgiving holiday to make sure we understood the impact of this issue on affiliates’ earnings. We have finalized calculations for a makegood that will use the earnings on the days before and the days after the outage, along with a factor to account for Christmas seasonality, to calculate a makegood to make up for the decrease in affiliate earnings caused by this outage.
This makegood will be added to each account and will be paid out along with the December payment.

This is good news for me as my pay per click at the time was .32 and immediately dropped to .16 for the next 3 days following. Hopefully this will put me very near $700 for the month of November.

I read that as well. I wish we could see what the amount we are getting is. I suppose we will have to wait until it shows up under the payment history link.
