Cool Place I found – EPN December Site #2

In my endless search to find more places to earn online I stumbled across a place I have been before, but didn’t explore. It’s the digital point forums. This is a great resource for everything including SEO, link building and more. But, the part I missed was their marketplace.
Similar to sites like Flippa, they have their own little auction setup. You can list a post where you can either sell a site, or bid to buy a site. In my explorations, I’m finding crafty little niches that I can jump in where folks are making some money. When a site is listed they almost always add screen caps of earnings either from EPN or adsense. Rather than purchasing the sites that are created, which are pretty junky in my opinion, why not recreate one in the same space?
Well, I’ve done just that for my latest niche. In my keyword research I found that my keywords are searched about 400 times per month. Not bad, but not too hot either. The site I mimicked is currently earning about $20-25 per month at an average of .14 per click with screen caps for proof.
So, I highly recommend you check this place out. It’s a great place to see what sites are for sale, I currently have a few bids out, and to see what sites are bringing in earnings.

I think I might have seen that theme a few times before… LOL… You might want to double check the copyright at the bottom of the page it looks like you forgot to change it from one of your other niche sites.

Woops. I keep forgetting to add ?php bloginfo(‘name’); ?> in that spot. That keeps it simple. Yep, it’s an easy theme and you turned me on to it
